Rest and Reconnect mini retreat

Join me for a mini retreat and immerse yourself in the company of those who share your mindset, allowing higher vibrational energy to replenish your spirit. Delight in the therapeutic sounds of the Gong, embark on a rhythmic journey with the drum, and savour the flavour of Cacao. Discover the innate wisdom of your body as you engage in TRE (Tension Releasing Exercises) to shake off stress. Indulge in some well-deserved self-care!

By releasing the need to work on anything in particular and allowing yourself to just BE, you can empty your self of everything that no longer serves you and fill yourself up with light.

Exchange - I am offering 3 prices that will hopefully accommodate clients price ranges.  Please pay what you feel you can afford. 

What to Bring with you -  bring your own mats, bolsters, pillows and blankets and anything else to make yourself comfortable. I do not have any that I can provide, also you may want to bring your own lunch with you, as i'm not sure there is any shops in walking distance that you can get to from the hall.   There is a fridge to put things in.  

I will be providing snacks and drinks for the day. 

Please note to attend this event you will need to have come for at least one healing session, be a client referral or someone who comes regularly to my gong baths and is well on their spiritual journey.    Spaces are limited so book early to avoid disappointment.  Please contact me if you have any questions.
