When you decide to work with me, I collect data relevant to the services I am providing for you. If you come for healing, this will include personal information regarding your health and treatments.

I require this information to understand your needs and provide you with a better service, and for the following reasons:

·         Invoicing and billing

·         I may use the information to improve my products and services.

·         I may contact you regarding any questions you send in or the work I am doing with you.

·         If you have subscribed onto the mailing list, I will send you information about upcoming events              and products.

I am committed to ensuring that your information is secure. Client files are locked in a secure filing cabinet.

I will not disclose your personal information to any other party other than in the circumstances explained below:

·         Where I am legally required by law to disclose your personal information

·         Where you give me permission to share information with another practitioner.

In operating my website, it may become necessary to transfer data that I collect from you to locations outside of the European Union for processing and storing, (for example, my email subscription service – Mailchimp – is based in the US).

I do my best to ensure all reasonable steps are taken to make sure your data is treated and stored securely. Unfortunately, sending information via the internet is not totally secure and on occasion, such information can be intercepted. Though this has never happened I cannot guarantee the security of data that you choose to send electronically. Sending such information is entirely at your own risk.

How Long Do I Keep Information?

For the purposing of invoicing and communication, your information will be kept for;

      i.            At least as long as you remain a client.

      ii.           For tax purposes, information will be kept for 7 years.

      iii.          If you are on my mailing list, I will keep your details for as long as you remain on the                                list. You can unsubscribe at any time, using the link in any email.
