1:1 Healing Session tailored to you

Service Description

A one to one healing session via Google Meet in the comfort of your own home, using a variety of tools adapted to you. Healing may include but is not limited to Guided Meditation, Reiki, Voice sound healing and Regression techniques. My Role is to hold space for you on your healing journey and I make up a small part of that journey. In my sessions I try to keep the talking to a minimum, helping to give your mental body space, allowing the energy vibration to remain high so you can receive the healing you need. It may help you to think about an intention you'd like to set for your session prior to arrival. If you feel you'd like to focus more on talking through your concerns, I can suggest some amazing talking therapists who you might benefit from seeing either prior to on in conjunction with your session with me.
