1 Hour 1:1 Gong Bath

Service Description

Sound Healing can cause tears and laughter in equal measure. It is a deeply relaxing and moving treatment that harnesses the sound and vibrations of the gong, singing bowls and drum to create a meditative state in which the body is safe to release stress and bring both body and mind back into balance. A 1 hour 1:1 Gong bath is a private session which includes meditation and sound healing with various instruments, which can include singing bowls, drums , chimes as well as gongs. My Role is to hold space for you on your healing journey and I make up a small part of that journey. In my sessions I try to keep the talking to a minimum, helping to give your mental body space, allowing the energy vibration to remain high so you can receive the healing you need. It may help you to think about an intention you'd like to set for your session prior to arrival.
